Owner Les Naiman personally adds a more personal approach, meeting with prospective clients in their home, bringing samples of great food to choose from and making it a point to follow up all inquiries in a prompt courteous manner.

"~~We recently used Naiman's to cater our daughter's wedding and were extremely pleased with the service we received from Les and his employees and the food. Les was very accommodating and even came to our house to provide us a taste sampling of food items we had chosen, he was very generous with the amount of samples he brought also. Les always made himself available and met with us at the reception site, even though it was a site he was very familiar with he wanted us to feel comfortable and walk through any questions we might have had. Les was always available by phone, I can only maybe remember once when he did not answer and returned my call that day. He never left us hanging. He provided everything we needed for the reception and made sure all details were covered. The food was great and many guest complimented on the food. Everything looked and tasted wonderful and Les was at the reception to make sure everything went smoothly. My husband and I had no worries we could only enjoy the evening. Les was so kind that he approached me at one point to let me know my soda was getting low (which we had brought in and calculated) and volunteered to go out and purchase some additional so we would not run out. To me, that just shows how caring and dedicated Les is to his business. I would recommend Naiman's in a heartbeat, in fact he is catering my father-in-law's 90th birthday party this summer and I know he will do an excellent job. The bride, groom and family were all very happy with Naiman's service, it was a great affair. Pros: great crab cakes"

"~~We chose Naiman’s catering for our special wedding day because of the personal attention, delicious food samples, and their accommodating responses to our many requests. It was disturbing to read the other two reviews on the “Citysearch” website. They were obviously written by unreasonable, emotional people that did not perform their due diligence. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever with Naiman’s catering. Les Naiman was very clear on the expectations and deliverables, and his staff came through with flying colors. We were glad he had made suggestions such as not serving bottles of beer. The “cooler” mentioned in another “Citysearch” review was totally hidden from view, and was needed to keep the beer chilled. The person writing the other review seems to have unrealistic expectations and doesn’t understand basic concepts. The contract Les sent us was very precise and easily modified to suit our specific needs. He complied with each request, without questioning us. We don’t believe the other reviewer actually showed their contract to “several lawyer-friends”. That is preposterous! Why would anyone need more than one opinion on something so simple? There were no ”holes” in the contract we signed. It was very straight-forward and easily understood. The exaggerations in these other reviews are unfounded and hard to believe. We were very particular in our requests and Les’ attention to detail was very much appreciated. Our wedding was in the gardens at the Whitehall Mansion and the reception was inside the mansion. Les knew exactly where to place everything for consistency and smooth “traffic flow”. At no time was there any question or concern during the entire evening. Les and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty to insure our guests were treated like kings and queens. We plan to use Les every time we need professional catering. We encourage you to consider them, as well. Pros: Fabulous, quality food; professional demeanor"
